Review:
Okay, I have to be honest, I’m pretty impressed. Normally, I think most “nanotechnology” claims are just marketing and buzzwords, & I view any company that claims to have it with deep suspicion, because it’s expensive & difficult to make things that small, & to understand the science behind nanotech & utilize it correctly. So, I went in quite heavily prejudiced against this teeny tiny vial & its tall claims.
On paper at least, they got the theory right.
First, I tried a tiny droplet of the pure liquid on my tongue. It tasted kinda sour, & then vaguely like cannabis extract, & then just super gross (I hate MCT oil, so that’s the MCT oil, not the product). The packaging showed a bottle of water, so I poured myself a shot of water and added a little (maybe 1/3) of the vial. I could certainly taste the Splash Nano additive, but I also have an extremely sensitive palate. I think if you are used to pre-workout & bitter herbal teas, you wouldn’t notice the taste of the full vial in a full glass of water. (I would, though.) However, I next poured a shot of Spindrift sparkling water with fruit, dumped the rest of the Splash Nano vial in there, & I barely tasted it this time! Also, Spindrift isn’t super strongly flavored. Credit where credit is due! The flavor of this liquid additive disappears well when mixed into other liquids.
I didn’t smoke before or after drinking this vial, & I was honestly a little taken aback how hard it hit. 10mg is a small dose, but the nanotechnology seems to be a legitimate claim – I felt the effects after just a few minutes, & I got quite literally hit with a “wave” of stoney-ness, which then settled into a light buzz. WOAH. One thing to DEFINITELY consider with this product is that 10mg of nano-emulsified THC is not the same as 10mg of regular THC edibles. From a value standpoint, this is great, as our customers can get multiple uses out of each vial! However, it is an important thing we must make sure to communicate, so people don’t over-consume & feel uncomfortable.
